What We Do

We specialize in quality Placements, Referrals, Education & Advocacy.

ELDERHELP PLACEMENT & REFERRALS (Formerly HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT PLACEMENT & REFERRALS) will provide direct assistance to you in the difficult task of finding appropriate care for Elders:

• A comprehensive ‘Level of Care’ assessment is done to determine functional, medical and social needs.

• Referrals are then made to carefully selected Residential Care, Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing Facilities.

• If placement in a licensed facility is not considered appropriate, referrals to other local resources will be given.
