ElderHelp Placement and Referrals (formerly Healthcare Management, Placement and Referrals) is owned and operated by Nancy J. Allen with the support of her husband, Harold.

In 1992, Nancy took over the company, which had been serving Sonoma County since 1988.

As an ElderCare Consultant, Nancy specializes in Placements, Referrals, Education & Advocacy. She provides direct assistance to elders and their families in the difficult task of finding appropriate care.
