Entering the Eldercare field over twenty years ago, Nancy held positions in local nursing homes as a Social Services Director and Discharge Planner.  It was this experience, along with Gerontology courses and volunteer work, that has brought her to a trusted position in the community. While specializing in the Placement arena, Nancy also dedicates much of her time as a community educator and  advocate in all areas of ElderCare. She also has the proud distinction of being a contracted service provider through many programs with the County of Sonoma.
